Sikh family shaken by tragic death of 19-year-old at Halifax Walmart

 

A 19-year-old came to Canada with big dreams. That's how friends and loved ones remember Gursimran Kaur. But all the close ones are completely shaken by the tragic death of Gursimran which was completely unexpected.

Gursimran was found dead at work last Saturday. Gursimran and Mata worked at a Wal-Mart store in Halifax. Gursimran was found dead in an oven in the bakery section of the store. The mother saw the body first. Gursimran and Mata came to Canada from the UK three years ago. Gursimran's father and brother are still in India.

The police are still investigating the incident. Police officials said that the case is full of complexities and it is difficult to say when the investigation will be completed. The police have also advised not to spread unnecessary speculations about the incident. The store has been closed following the incident.
